It is much better and preferred way to take care of patients without Insurance hassle, paperwork, wasted resources and mandates. This in turn, creates a healthy relationship between doctors and patients.

What to bring to your first visit?

You will need to bring your form of payment, a photo ID if you have one, and a list of any medications you are currently taking.

What to expect at the Appointment?

You will be checked in by the receptionist. If the forms were not completed online, you will be provided with the necessary forms to be filled out at the clinic. After all forms have been completed and reviewed for completeness, you will be informed of approximate wait time. When you are next, the medical assistant or nurse will escort you to a private room for your visit. At the end of the visit, you will receive a summary of treatment plan and recommendation along with a prescription, referrals and f/u appointments if appropriate.

How will I have receive my Prescription?

  • Your prescription can be sent electronically to the pharmacy of your choice.
